CT Call

I am looking for 5-10 people to join my CT. I have limited time to really promote my designs and could really use some help with promotion and layouts to publish when I release a kit. If interested email me at SAHMofDD@newkindalove.com with CT Call in the subject line and include name, contact email, link to your best gallery and any other team you are currently on. Requirements are listed below.

Every kit you will be required to share all links you posted to. Currently I have no challenges, but planning to in the future, so I'd love for you to join, but not a really 100% required.

You may submit your scrapbook layouts using portions of or entire kits to online or print publications so long as credit and a link (i.e. newkindalove.blogspot.com), is given to the original
rights holder. This includes any graphics that have been altered.

You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them. (Please see below for more information on altering graphics).

YOU MAY NOT:
You may not claim graphics or altered graphics as your own.

You may not submit the SAHM of Drama Queens Designs sample layouts as your own for any type of online, print or other publication.

You may not make alterations to graphics in any way that will take away the artistic integrity of the original creation.

You may not use any SAHM of Drama Queens Designs graphics, original or altered, or any portion thereof in any commercial work whatsoever without written consent by Karine Traverse (with exception to CU items, see terms below).

You are not allowed to resell, sub-license or otherwise make
available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a
format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.

You may not use any graphic(s) from this layout/kit or site to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) from this layout/kit for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

You may not use SAHM of Drama Queens Designs graphics in any online collections, CD ROM's, sold or distributed in any way.

Commercial Use Items TOUs
I am very open when it comes to my CU terms. I myself am a website and siggy designer so I know what it is like when looking
for graphics to use. SAHM of Drama Queens Designs products if marked CU may be used for S4H, S4O, siggy tags (created and sold), website designs, printed material (invitations, announcements, cards and paper scrapping) as long as proper credit is some where on the item (i.e. an invitaion, announcement or card, place credit to SAHM of Drama Queens Designs on the backside just like Hallmark does), if you are hired to do some paper scrapping and/or printing a digital creation for someone make sure proper credit is given some where (i.e. on their invoice, on the back of the page created - if it is one sided).

SAHM of Drama Queens Designs is not responsible to any person, organization or business for any loss and/or damages incurred from the use of the SAHM of Drama Queens Designs products.
All kits are carefully checked before sending to each customer and leaves our hands in working condition.
